Consorzio Anziani e Non Solo
The Anziani e non solo Consortium: the promoting subject of the Project. It attends the adaptation of the professional standards and evaluation tests and experimentation.
It is constituted by three cooperatives (two of them are social) with the intention to develop informative and formative services for seniors and people working with them.
Consortium set up the site Informanziani.it and the Sportello Informanziani Project: a web based database supplying information at a regional, local and national level on elderly addressed to those who operates professionally in this field and carrying out active functions of social secretariat office for seniors. The consortium cooperatives expresses qualified competences in counselling, training, planning and telematic services direction, in seniors social assistance.
Anziani e non solo coordinated the Sectorial Equal Project Aspasia (IT-S2-MDL-001), focused on the home caregivers social and professional inclusion.
BalkanPlan Ltd
BalkanPlan Ltd is a counselling society in Sofia, Bulgaria. Within the Project BalkanPlan will be responsible for the evaluation of the utilization in the Bulgarian context of the competences evaluation method for home caregivers adjusted by the Italian partners aimed to qualify healthcare workers emigration toward Italy.
Society supplies counselling services, technical assistance and the realization of projects within research and technological development, education and training, Information technology and international relations.
In particular, in the formative area, Balkanplan develops innovative educational material, adjustment of formative tools for the Bulgarian market, elaborating formative needs analysis and formative materials, the improvement of materials connected to the evaluation of the formal and informal apprehension, credits transfer.
Interfor-Sia
Interfor-Sia is a formative body, instituted by the Somme Trade and Industrial Chambers in 1971 and it is aimed to answer the formative needs and companies qualification and the evolution of the professions too.
Its role within the project is the support during the transfer and adaptation in the Italian context of the utilized system of competences evaluation.
The Interfor – Sia ambits of competences are:
- training (starting training, in alternance, lifelong training, the financed training for unemployed);
- counselling ( audit interventions, status and competences diagnosis, career briefs formalization, evaluation systems, assistance in recruiting, coaching, certification of the competences, tutoring);
- guidance and inclusion: a group of actions aimed to help the learner to be aware of his/her personal situation, of his/her professional paths and support him/her to define an own qualification plan. These activities are realized in collaboration with the net of reception institutions.
Enfap Emilia Romagna
Enfap, founded in 1958, is the UIL Union educative institution. Its task within the project is the collaboration and adaptation of the French model, in particular trough the analysis of the utilization of the validation of the competences for the achievement of the UFC for home caregivers and OSS (healthcare and social worker) career briefs. The regional Emilia Romagna Office operates with all the Provinces of the Region with a flexible net structure, within the rules established by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification and the accreditation at the Emilia Romagna Region for the following areas: compulsory education, high school education, lifelong education, distance learning
Manages several activities as: Information, counselling, qualification, updating, specialization, studies and researches. Professional competences and competences allows ENFAP to participate to call for bids, to project and manage training initiatives financed at a provincial, regional, ministerial, national and European Community level.
